Campus lecture series of Sun Yefang Economic Science Prize winner was successfully held at CER, Shandong University on December 5, 2013.

The lecture was hosted by Prof. Shaoan Huang, Dean of CER. Shijin Liu，Sun Yefang Prize winner, deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, did a report entitled "the spirit ofThe third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee——Comprehensively deepen reforms" .

As a Draftsman of the documents of 18th CPC Central Committee，Director Liu firstly interpreted their spirit deeply. Then he underlined that China is now at an important period of the reforms, and we should stay firmly committed to advancing the spirits of 18th CPC Central Committee to make sure that China become a high-income country. He finally predicted that market will play a decisive role in future’s economic structure therefore economic system improvement will be the focus of the reforms.

After his speech, Director Liu communicated with the audience and answered several Specific questions about the lecture and researches.
