The 7th China Forum of Law and Economics organized by Center for Economic Research, Shandong U., wasSuccessfully held in Changchun on July 4-5, 2009.

Over a hundred scholars from 30 universities or research intitutes presented the meeting, and over 50 papers related with "crime and punishment", "property rights and contract", "law and economic growth" were announced and discussed.

On this meeting, 10 papers from CER were selected, among which, 6 papers were announced to discuss. The got a higher appraisal by most of other scholars.
