From December 9 to 10, 2017, the China Institutional Economics Forum 2017 was successfully held at Shandong University. The theme of the forum is "Institution, Behavior, Growth and Governance (IBGG)." Jianjun Li, Deputy Party Secretary of Shandong University, attended the meeting and delivered a welcome speech at the opening ceremony. Professor Shaoan Huang, Dean of the Center for Economic Research (CER), Shandong University, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

More than 100 experts and scholars from nearly 40 universities and research institutes including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Sun Yat-sen University, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and Shandong University, as well as teachers and students from CER attended in this forum.

At the closing ceremony of the conference, Professor Shaoan Huang summarized the meeting and delivered a closing speech, looking forward to the future development of the forum.
