Post-doctoral working conference was convened by the Center for Economic Research and Shandong School of Development，Shandong University on Oct. 16, 2012. The conference aimed to strengthen scientific research consciousness of post-doctoral fellows, improve scientific research level and create high level achievements.

Dean Huang firstly introduced general principles of postdoctoral recruitment, pointed out that post-doctoral academic seminar should be held every semester for post-doctorial fellows to share information, strengthen research collaboration and communication. Furthermore, in order to motivate postdoctoral fellows to make more high quality academic achievements, the Center intends to establish corresponding incentive systems. Dean Huang also suggested that post-doctoral fellows should participate in post-doctoral Research Center’s project research established by the Center and other enterprises.
