The signing and unveiling ceremony of post-doctoral research center for Applied Economics jointly established by Shandong University and Shandong tobacco company was convened on Oct. 16, 2012. About 30 superiors and experts attended this conference.

Yunsheng Liu, vice-general manager of Shandong tobacco company firstly introduced the basic situation of the company, and pointed out that the cooperation between Shandong University and Shandong Tobacco company is an significant exploration. Hongjian Fang, deputy secretary of party committee and secretary of the discipline Inspection Commission of Shandong University introduced the basic situation of Shandong University, and then demonstrated several modes of cooperation in Shandong University currently. The new post-doctoral research center will be an effective platform for enterprise post-doctoral training and employment.

Finally, Zhijian Deng, dean of Shandong institute of tobacco research and Shaoan Huang, dean of the center for economic research, Shandong University signed the agreement. Yunsheng Liu and Hongjian Fang unveiled the nameplate for the post-doctoral research center.
