On Dec. 6, 2009, Journalists from People Daily, Guangming Daily, Economic Perspective, and Financial Times, jointly invited six economists to discuss 2010 China economic situation and the economic trends of "12th-five-year plan" at CUFE. The six economists are Prof. LIU Wei, LIN Gang, HUANG Shaoan, ZHANG Ping, MAO Tianqi and LI Xuesong.

Prof. Huang Shaoan pointed out that whatever we talked about, we can not forget the current financial crisis. So far as China is concerned, the risks in finance is not ignorant. The monetary policy in 2010 should contiue to keep easy, the control to the inflation should be paid attention when in practice. During "12th five-year plan", China should strengthen the construct and improvement of social security sysytem, strengthen the adjustment of income distribution. Besides, he emphasizes that it is necessary to prevent thecentralism going up and the state monopoly as well as any suspision on marketism.
