From April 17-18th, the 2010 International Conference on Institutional Economics (ICIE) was successfully held at Shandong Universtiy. The conference was jointly sponsored by Center for Economic Research, Shandong U., School of Economics, CUFE, and U. of Hertford.

Prof. Huang Shaoan presided the conference, and the president of Shandong U., Prof. Xu Xianming, presented the conference and delivered a speech.

Over 100 Scholars from USA, Britian, Italy, France, Malaysia, and China, etc. attended the meeting, among whom, 11 speakers including Prof. Andrew Schotter, G.M. Hodgson, and Ugo Pagano made the keynote speeches, and over 90 papers were presented in the sessions of group discussion.
