Celebrating activity for SDUCER 10th Anniversary was held on March 9th 2006 in Shao Yifu Science Hall new campus SDU. Shandong NPC deputy Dean, Party Committee Secretary of SDU Zhu Zhengchang, SDU President Professor Zhan Tao and deputy leader of National Social Security Fund Association Professor Wang Zhongmin attended the ceremony. Professor Wang Zhongmin made a speech on National Social Security Fund Operation. Leader of SDUCER Professor Huang Shaoan hosted the ceremony.

In the Ceremony, President Zhan Tao made a speech to show warm welcome to all guests, to praise the achievements of SDUCER under difficult situation, and cherish an earnest hope of its further development. Vice Mayor of Jinan Professor Wang Tianyi made a speech on the behalf of Jinan Government. He highly appraised the achievements of SDUCER in the field of academic innovation, talent education and subjects construction, and showed his gratitude to Jinan “Double High”Talent Education Program. And vice leader of CCER of PKU Yao Yang made a speech on the behalf of all guests.

Government Leaders of Shandong Province, Jinan City and Qing Dao City, leading professors of PKU, Renmin University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, Xiamen University, Beijing Normal University, South China Science and Technology University, Northwest University, Southeast University, Northeast Financial University, Zhejiang Business University, Haerbin Business University, Shan Xi Normal University, Hunan Science and Technology University, Hunan Business School, Shandong Fiscal School, Shandong Economics School, and Chinese Social Science Academy all participated in the ceremony. In addition, WISE of Xiamen University, Business School of Nanjing University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Xi’an Jiaotong University all sent celebrating facsimiles.
